Access to health services dealt severe blow by Chilean earthquake - UN agency

The massive earthquake which struck Chile on Saturday has severely disrupted health services, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) reported today, dispatching a disaster management expert to the South American nation to assist in the aftermath of the catastrophe.
