Intercultural Youth Work and Theatre Seminar in Berlin

An Intercultural Youth Work and Theatre Seminar "RELIC" will take place near to Berlin from July, 06th-15th, 2004. The Seminar sponsored by the the European Commission YOUTH program concerns using diverse artistic methods in social work and education of young people. „RELIC“ stands for Rebellion-Education-Leadership-Initiative-Community and all these areas constitute the background for the workshops, which are based on active involvement of the participants. “RELIC” is an extensive 9-day seminar training let by traininers from CommunityArts e.V. (Berlin) focusing on methods of intercultural youth work and trainers from Craft theatre (Belgrade) working with theatre.
Participants must be between 16 - 30 years of age, holding a
valid passport, and coming from one of the participating countries:

Bulgaria
Germany
Italy
Macedonia
Serbia and Montenegro (plus Kosovo/a)


Details

Arrival: July, 6th
Departure: July, 15th

Costs: Accomodation, food, insurance, materials and training are paid for by the European Commission YOUTH program. Also 70 % of travel costs will be reimbursed, up to 175 Euros.

Participation fee:
50 Euros for participants from Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro
100 Eurospr participants from Germany and Italy
