Two power cuts leave more than 250 properties in Carlisle and Brampton without electricity
. Two power cuts have left people in north Cumbria without electricity today. The larger of the two was in the Brampton area. Electricity North West said 188 properties were hit in the CA6 postcode. Another 80 homes and businesses are affected in Carlisle. The fault has hit customers in the CA1 postcode in the south of the city....
