The following statement was issued today by the Spokesman for UN Secretary-General António Guterres: The Secretary-General takes note of recent developments related to investigation efforts and calls upon all States to cooperate fully with efforts to establish accountability, in line with United Nations Security Council resolution 2166 (2014).
