80 percent of child killers are victims' parents: U.N. survey

(ChinaPost.com.tw) - A recent United Nations survey on child abuse in 27 countries around the world, not including Taiwan, revealed that 80 percent of deaths from child abuse were perpetrated by the children's own parents.
