Haiti is not forgotten is the message the United Nations is sending with its co-hosting, in cooperation with the U.S. and the government of Haiti, of a ministerial-level international donors' conference. Promoted as "Towards a New Future for Haiti," the multi-national assembly is set for March 31 at U.
