UNITED NATIONS, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Climate change and development top the list of challenges requiring action that UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has laid out in a letter to leaders of the Group of Eight (G8) industrialized nations ahead of their upcoming summit, the UN spokesperson said here Wednesday.
