Former Nigerian Permanent Representative to United Nations, Alhaji Yusuf Maitama-Sule, has challenged the three-tiers of government to create jobs for youths, saying the frequent arrest of youths who engage in drug abuse and trafficking will solve the menace of illicit drug business.
