GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA) -- At the United Nations (UN) Conference on the World Financial and Economic Crisis and its Impact on Development in New York recently, Guyana's Minister of Finance, Dr Ashni Singh, urged changes to the global financial and economic infrastructure.
