![]() Sri Lanka has won a major diplomatic victory at the United Nations with the 118-member Non-Aligned Movement reprimanding Secretary General Bank Ki Moon over his proposal to set up an advisory expert panel on ''accountability issues'' in Sri Lanka following the defeat of Tamil rebels last May after a 26-year war.
