UNITED NATIONS, March 11 (KUNA) -- Palestinian Envoy to the UN Riyad Mansour late Wednesday described Israel's recent announcement to build 1,600 more settlements in East Jerusalem as "provocative," and urged the Security Council to "urgently" address this "illegal" policy.
