Sudan rejects US accusations of arms embargo violations

The Sudanese government has rejected U.S. accusations leveled by American envoy to the United Nations, Susan Rice claiming that the Sudan continues to violate the 2005 Darfur arms embargo. The remarks came after a closed-door meeting of the UN Security Council Tuesday to discuss the report of the Sanctions Committee on Sudan.
