Rajendra Pachauri Washington DC: The United Nations has initiated, in tandem with the Chair of the Inter-governmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), “a comprehensive, independent review of the IPCC's procedures and processes,” including its 2007 Fourth Assessment Report, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon said on Wednesday.
