![]() GLOBALLY, the production of cocaine and opiates such as heroin are declining at a steady rate, but brain stimulants, such as ecstasy, are growing popular in the Middle East and Brazil, according to the World Drug Report issued by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
