![]() UNITED NATIONS, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- Kodjo Menan, the Togolese permanent representative to the UN who holds the rotating Security Council presidency for February, said here Thursday that the council will hold an open debate on the impact of transnational organized crime on peace, security and stability in West Africa and the Sahel region.
