(with photos) KUWAIT, March 15 (KUNA) -- Head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) officer here Wahid bin Omar lauded on Monday the Kuwaiti role in helping refugees worldwide saying these humanitarian effort reflected Kuwait's belief in aiding those suffering.
